Dr. Sonal Gupta is professional, caring, thorough, kind, and trustworthy. She has a great combination of professionalism with a caring heart along with a great sense of humor. I always feel like she cares, really cares about me. I am incredibly thankful to have her taking such good care of my family and me.

I’m am very happy with Dr. Gupta attentive to my health needs. Explains in detail any health issues that may have come up. Always communicates fill in when out of office. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! Always returns communication thru the health portal in timely manner when I question. Love that! Overall would highly recommend.

I feel so blessed to have Dr. Gupta as my primary physician. I feel as though she really cares about me, and she is such a wonderful, learned and thoughtful doctor. She takes the time to answer my questions, which is very important to me. She’s intuitive and not only works to keep me healthy, but she teaches me ways to help myself be healthy. With her suggestion ( but no shaming) I was able to lose fifty pounds, which I had been unable to do in the last forty years. This alone improved my high cholesterol and blood pressure, and my body mass index. I’m no longer pre diabetic thanks to the weight loss.These are some of the many reasons I feel so fortunate to have her as my main physician.

Dr. Gupta has been my doctor for 15 years. She was instrumental in saving my life in 2019 when I had necrotizing fasciitis. Dr Gupta has helped me and continues to support my weight loss, never being judgmental. I consider Dr. Gupta a friend. I will continue with her in MDVIP at least until retirement.

In this day it seems a rarity to have someone who knows me and feels like "my doctor." I've read the other reviews...I can see how she might come across to some as hurried or talkative, but in my experience she has always put her mind and energy towards thoroughly solving any problem of mine she can, referring me to specialists when needed, but then still communicating to me via email regarding their findings. When I hear about my husband's experiences with his doctor and their office, I'm always telling him he should come here instead. I have an actual relationship with my doctor and feel very respected by her as if she is my partner in managing my health. Physically as well as mentally and emotionally. Can't recommend her highly enough!

I made an appointment with this physician to discuss skins lesions but was lectured on rescheduled appointments and told I was the cause for her nursing staff attrition. Being quite alarmed by the unprofessional behavior of this physician, I am trying to schedule an appointment with someone else at Heritage Medical. So far I have been unsuccessful as they have mentioned they don't allow patient transfers. I may have to escalate my concerns through the appropriate channels but I hope not. I merely wish to receive quality patient care and don't want any legal battles.
