I recently became Dr Chia’s patient and I was there for my annual physical. What a difference from my previous primary care doctor. Dr Chia is respectful, attentive to the patient’s needs and concerns. She takes time to address the patient’s questions and does not rush through the appointment. I also truly appreciate Dr Chia’s timely responses to my inquiries via the online portal. The front office staff is friendly and efficient.

Dr. Chia has an excellent bedside manner. She shows empathy. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. During our visit, she demonstrated a remarkable understanding of my medical history. She meets me where I am. Her greatest strength is how she makes you feel during and after the consultation - that she genuinely cares about me as an individual. The Memorial Care Medical Group is very fortune to have Dr. Chia in its employ. It is rare these days to find a doctor that is both extremely competent and engaging/approachable.
