Dr Pollock retired!!!! L Mendoza isn't very competent. She likes to watch the Cancerous Nodules grow!!!!

Dr. Pollak is abrasive and fails to demonstrate concern and genuine care for his patients.

Lack of interest My mammogram came back ( rec MRI) Dr. Pollak told me. It was not necessary When I went to my gyn he was shocked. Called for MRI. I had cancer. I had a bilateral mastectomy. Would never have faith in him

I have used dr. pollak for over 15 years and have been blessed to have had the very best care any one could have. He has the best bedside manner and utmost concern for his patients. The time came for me to move out of state and forced me to go elsewhere. I have never or ever will find another dr. like him and wish I could have taken him with me. I have a heavy heart when going to my new dr. as no one can ever replace dr. pollak. His kindness and gentle manner helped me get through many tough times and I will forever be grateful for the wonderful care I received.

I waited to see the doctor in the waiting room for an hour and a half. I then was put into an exam room and waited another 20 minutes for him. I was able to hear him taking the patients that came in 45 mins - 1 hour after me. When he finally saw me I asked why patients who came in after me where taken first and why the wait was so long. I was told by the doctor that if I didn't like it I could leave now and go somewhere else. I needed a sonogram done and the doctor didn't do it his assistant did and he didn't even stay in the room or look at what she found. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone.

The staff is very professional, and caring. They are VERY efficient in coordinating all the care that you will need. The doctor takes his time with you, and makes sure you have all your questions answered. If you should have the need, there is also a patient navigator who will see you through your journey with breast cancer. It's a very comfortable office.
