I can't thank Dr Nader Sallam, MD enough for the special, excellent care he has provided and for the unique gift he is to his patients. I am blessed to have him as my doctor. I can't recommend Dr. Nader Sallam enough. He's an exceptional doctor who truly cares about his patients. He's knowledgeable, compassionate, and skilled. I'm so grateful for his care. I went in coughing, and he was determined to figure why I couldn't shake off my cough. Most doctors would have probably ignored all the signs and not take it as serious. If it wasn't for him, I would probably be in the hospital right now. He never gave up on me and took all the necessary measures to figure out what was wrong with me. He calls me almost every day to see how I'm doing and feeling. Who does that these days?! Dr Nader Sallam, MD took the time to understand my condition and provided targeted solutions that significantly improved my well=being. I am amazed by the personalized treatment, follow ups, and lasting… results I experienced at Lindenhurst Family Practice under Dr Nader Sallam, MD!! He's become part of my family, and we absolutely adore him and appreciate him taking time out of his day to check in on me. It can be so scary, but he reassured me that he will do everything he can to help me get better. Dr Nader Sallam, MD always takes the time to listen to my concerns, explains my diagnosis clearly, and explores all treatment options with me. I highly recommend Dr Nader Sallam, MD to anyone seeking a caring and knowledgeable doctor!!

The referral response time may be different for everyone else, but I had an overall great experience. Estefanie Hernandez who works in the referral department took care of my request immediately. The only down side experience was I referral closer in proximity (Libertyville, IL.) versus where Blue Cross Blue Shield referred me to (Highland Park, IL.). Do not understand the logic behind that.

I have seen Dr. Clark for a long time, and it is always a great experience. He's thorough, professional, and caring. I highly recommend him. His office and staff are the best!

Great person and Dr.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Clark since 1997. We have followed him along the way to reaching his goal of establishing Lindenhurst Family Practice. Yes, there have been growing pains. Quite a few of his front office staff need to take lesson on professionalism. As a doctor, he has been nothing but compassionate and thorough. You will wait, but he will spend the necessary amount of time and not rush through your appointment. It is always helpful to bring in a list of questions/concerns with you to your appointment so you don't forget anything. As far as the other three doctors in the practice, Dr. Omar and Dr. McGowan are excellent as well. The PAs have all delivered adequate treatment for the general maladies (ear & sinus infection, strep throat etc) that you go to the Walk In office to treat. Yes, I have had to wait 3 hours to see a PA, but I check in, leave my cell number and wait for them to call me back to the office. The just hired 4 more PAs so the wait time should… decrease. Main complaints are the excessive wait time to get an appointment with the doctors (usually 3-6 weeks) and the "can't be bothered" attitude with some of the front desk staff. They often seem over worked and stressed. Nothing a reallocation of work and coaching can't help fix!

Must be a great doctor, Impossible to get an appointment. Have called 3 times and there are never appointments available within the current month.

Very personable and does not rush about the office, he spends the however long it takes. Very professional and always provides requested referals for my HMO.
