Dr. Aronoff really listens and explains so that I can understand and participate in my treatment. He is experienced and well-versed on the research. Such a relief and so empowering. I have been a patient of Dr Stephen Aronoff for 5 years. Over a year ago he started a Concierge Practice. Although my husband was not totally on board I signed up with thought he would be my primary care doctor as I was about to enter the world of Medicare and was worried about finding and keeping a doctor. Well I had a medical emergency and Dr Aronoff and his staff were there for me. I called early on a Monday and was seen later that morning. He sent me on for further tests and I was admitted into the hospital later that afternoon. He also made sure I was referred to an excellent surgeon. I feel his quick and through advise helped save my life. Even my husband was impressed and thankful we received such excellent care.

The wait time is HORRIBLE!! I've been seeing him for 8 years and my last appointment, I just decided to change and leave to find another doctor. They want you on time or before time but expect you to wait to see Aronoff. I called a hour before my appt and they said he was on time. I arrived and they said he was a hour behind. He rushes through and waiting for blood work has always taken me 3 weeks or so. Getting an appt, you have to wait 7 months out. Find someone else that will spend the time with you and values your time also.

I recommend Dr. Aronoff and his staff without hesitation. I've never received better care or been treated better.

Years ago, Aronoff's nurse hung up on me while I was lamenting my childlessness. Neither one of them ever apologized. His medical treatment was really pretty good, but he really socked to it BCBS for bloodwork. He's like a caricature of medical arrogance, so bad at it that he amuses me! He cusses out employees in front of patients and thinks it's cute. I knew someone who worked in Presbyterian's emergency room and she said "he will cuss you!" What I described to her sounded just like him! Approach with caution! Perhaps most of these old boys need to retire! Just looking at his picture on the net amuses me! I wanted caring, compassionate care not amusement, though!

Dr. A is very thorough and has helped me with a number of different medical problems. His staff nurses are terrific!
