Dr Smith did my left hip replacement in May of 2020 and I couldn’t be happier. This visit was a check up on my right hip and all was well. Friendly, helpful and a superb doctor. I work with many physicians in my field and Dr Smith is one of the best. I highly recommend him.

Got set quickly, was seen right on time, and Dr. Smith sat down and explained everything in detail. I need a hip replacement and have been having pain for months. I was given the options going forward and it was an easy choice. I have been seeing Dr. Smith since September of 2024 and had been hearing about him for years since several friends needed knee or hip replacements. Every one of them was pleased with the care. In Georgia he is the “go to” physician for hip and knee replacement. If you need these procedures you want a good physician. Stephen Smith is at the top of the list. And his staff is excellent, particularly Sarina. She gets back to you quickly so you are never left hanging. No one wants orthopedic hip/knee issues, but if you have them, get into see Dr. Smith.

Patience should be Dr Smith’s middle name….never too busy to make time to answers questions and reasoning for his answers…also he takes the time for more questions…and the most important quality is he tries all other possible options before suggesting surgery .

Dr Smith was very personable with a great bedside manner and his staff was just as pleasant. After a couple of X-rays Dr Smith got right to the point and explained my medical situation in a way that was easy for me to comprehend. Also, I was seen at the exact time of my appointment.

Dr. Stephen Smith, his assistant Katie and entire office staff is absolutely the very best! Excellent surgeon. I could not be happier with my knee replacement and the care before and after surgery. Dr. Smith is attentive, focused and sincerely makes a diligent effort to " heal you" or make your pain or problem tolerable. He's friendly, speaks to you in-depth and provides a sense of compassion and caring! Just what you want in a professional partner/ physician!
