I saw Dr. Flanagan today after 17 years of my initial TBI. Dr. Flanagan is a wonderful doctor and though my memories are poor, I remember the excellent care provided by him back in 2000 at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in NYC!!! He ensured I had all the rehab services I needed to recover from my injury; he was kind and compassionate. The exceptional care I received from him and his team gave me the will to recover and become a registered nurse so that I too can provide excellent care and help others.

I have been seeing Dr. Flanagan regularly for the past 3 years. He was able to diagnose my problem during my first visit. His recommended treatment has allowed me to return to work and I am now pretty much pain free. I continue to see him because of residual symptoms from my brain injury. In all, I am very happy with this doctor.

I find this doctor to be caring and supportive. During my first office visit, he helped alleviate my anxiety and was able to quickly diagnose my problem that other doctors failed to.

Pretends to listen to your concerns but is secretly looking at the clock and pretends to be busy. He was insensitive to my needs and left me in so much pain

We have seen Dr. Flanagan for 4 years on a regular basis. He has been very helpful in arranging for referrals to other doctors and always listens carefully to our concerns and follows up on them. He is diplomatic, but honest in his feedback to us and always caring in his manner.

This doc is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to being genuine. He is so phoney in his total demeanor. I would not trust him
