Dr. Steven Frank Kramer, MD

Dr. Kramer is an awesome Dr. been going to him for 23 year's. He delivered my twins 18 year's ago. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Very comfortable with him!!

Today I went for a routine gyno appt, we all hate them but Dr Kramer and his staff at WHASN east location made it so easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr Kramer was awesome, met me in his office first and the exam was fast and painless. He answered all my concerns and made me feel very relaxed. I recommend Dr Kramer if you are looking for an easy doctor to talk to and one that knows his stuff

Dr Steven Kramer is a great Doctor, takes good care of his patience, but if you want to set an appointment with him you have to go direct to his medical office, you will never be able to get any appointment with him through the phone, no one answers the phone and it is always busy the line

I have been seeing Dr. Kramer for six years now. He delivered my first baby and will be delivering my second the beginning of April. He is an AMAZING doctor. However, through my entire second pregnancy I have had NOTHING but issues with his office staff. They are lazy, grumpy, ignorant, and unorganized. I have come to three appointments and have been told I didn't have an appointment (even though I had the appointment card with the date and time written down). Trying to get these people to answer the phone is a joke; call me crazy but I think its important your doctor's office answers their phone when you call during office hours. The office manager is nearly impossible to get ahold of and when you do get ahold of her, she's condescending and rude. I have referred quite a few friends and acquaintances to Dr. Kramer and we all have been experiencing the same thing. I would hate to not have Dr. Kramer as my doctor but seriously, a horrible office staff can ruin a doctor. My experiences… for the last 8 months has not been pleasant by any means.

He has delivered both of my children & I referred him to all of my family and he has delivered all of our children over the last 15 years and has taken care of all of our other GYN issues. There are 12 of us, including sisters, cousins, etc & we alllove , trust & respect him There is nobody better!

Front office staff is hideously rude. If the girl at the front isn't interested in doing her job, she probably shouldn't have it.

When I walked into the office I felt as if I was sitting in a government building. I did not feel welcome at all! We wait almost 45 minutes to be seen and when we were, not only was I treated as if I were some dumb teenager (I'm 28), they also treated my HUSBAND like some dirty piece of meat. They would not acknowledge his existence let alone find the time to be courteous to him. How you treat my husband is very important to me, WE are pregnant, not just me. When it came time to discuss billing, I was told they would bill me at the end of the (then 28) weeks. They did not even give me the option of paying as I went. This visit was my first and my last.

The Dr. was nice, but new nothing. His cure was a pill for everything. I tried for 4 years to get pregnant. He put me on some pill for ovulation, I was already ovulating!! Turns out I had endometriosis. It took him 4 years to even to the surgery to find that out. The office staff has miss billed my insurance and is horrible to work with, they are very rude and lazy. DON'T GO HERE!!
