Dr. Ojemann operated my brain tumor over 5 years ago and did a tremendous job. I am now cancer-free! Right after surgery I moved to Germany. My current doctor is so amazed at my current status that he asked me to find a way of contact so he can send my records to share how well it is going. Thanks to an amazing doctor I am alive and well!!! ??????

If you have insurance avoid this hospital and its doctors. Best advice I can give to anyone suffering. There are better doctors in Denver

Bad surgeon

Dr O has been a lifesaver for me. I have been his patient for over 10 years and he has always been professional, reliable, knowledgable and thorough. He has a great bedside manner ans has always taken the time to answer my questions, be honest and forthcoming and guide me on my best treatment options. I have experienced complications with tyhe equipment and Dr O has always been helpful, compassionate and empathetic. He is byfar the best doctor I have ever worked with and would recommend him to anyone. I have trusted him with my life and would do so again in a minute.

Terrible. When I got an infection after he operated oon me and i tried to get treatment I was told this was not his problem and I should see the clinic nurse. I was very careful after the operation but this docotr blamed me for the infection.

I met Dr. Ojemann once before the day of my DBS battery replacement surgery. In this 10 minute surgery I felt as though I was wasting his time. I met with him yesterday to discuss my surgery that went awry.Dr. Ojemann was simply replacing my battery and cut one of the wires forcing him to make a new incision above my ear, reconnect my wires, and feed the new wire from the top of my head to my chest. This accident would not bother me if he had any form of empathy. I had to fight to get an appointment with him after my surgery. He said the phrase, "this is unfortunate for all of us." This is highly offensive to me because I'm the one who's still healing. The only idea I have about how it is unfortunate for him is that his schedule may have been messed up. He blamed me, the nurses, and the accuracy of the chart. DOCTORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS IN THE OPERATING ROOM. IT IS THE SURGEONS JOB TO KNOW THE WHO HE IS OPERATING ON. IF DR. OJEMANN HAD TAKEN TIME TO KNOW ME AND… MY PREVIOUS SURGERIES I WOULDN'T BE IN PAIN RIGHT NOW.I have many many doctors for numerous issues and they have made mistakes but they own it like an adult. However, they have my respect. This is the first doctor I have ever thought of writing a review about. If you're reading this please understand that I was treated so poorly that I will NEVER see him again. I don't believe in taking people to court, but if I ever would sue anyone for anything it would be Dr. Ojemann. Not only did he make a major mistake, he also made me feel bad about the pain I was going through (because of him). Please find another surgeon. Brain surgery is extremely scary! Get someone who will treat you like a person and not like an unfortunate problem.
