Dr. Klein and staff were efficient and professional. He was sensitive about my concerns and explained everything, giving me time to ask questions. Outlined a plan.

Well let's start off how poorly dr klien's office in Farmington is. Dont go there. Dr klien needs different office workers including manager. I have went without a month without my medicine. I couldnt get anymore until I saw him. Let's say I couldn't see him for over two months. So I have went without my medication for a month. Today I am sicker than a dog. Pain in my stomach. I'm so sick right now. They do this to me each year. How can a dr office do this to someone. Let's see how it will affect there family members or there self without going with medication. Go somewhere else. It's too bad it will affect the doctor since I will not be going there anymore.

My introduction to Dr. Klein was for a colonoscopy test, booked by my long term Primary Physician's office. Routinely, it was time and I was experiencing a stress related flare up in my UC, following a 'lengthy' remission. Altho unsure why a 'new GI' was selected, I complied with my doctor's selection. Dr. Klein's initial contact was as he introduce himself just moments before my colonoscopy procedure was about to begin. He apologized that my chart was unavailable for his review, as the anesthesia began! Seriously!!?!! Following the procedure, I was told how he had viewed older scarred tissue, a 'newly enflamed' region, and was provided with a presciption for 30 suppositories ...as we were released from the building. Dropping the Rx off at CVS on our way home, we learned that it was $900 when it was ready an hour later! No thank you to participating with Doctors that seem to be in the back pocket of the Phamaceutical Giants! Follow up by Dr. Klein's office was virtually nonexistent, I… cancelled the follow up appointment because I had healed myself with yoga, my healthy diet choices and zero drugs! Additidonally, I'd already paid my $1300 out of pocket portion of the $7400 billing for all of the staff and procedure services involved! Enough!! I DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!
