This office and the fake Dr associated with are killers. They don't care about your disease or condition. They simply don't want to be bothered with scheduling appointments or providing treatment. 5 hours on the phone and you can't schedule an appointment because the Dictir and his fellow grade school drop its are not smart enough to know how to answer a phone. Pathetic, fake ought to be investigated and permanently removed from practice or in this hero's case malpractice.

My neurologist could not figure out what wrong with me and sent me to this pompous uncaring supposedly expert. Basically told me what I didn’t have. Discounted my EMG and left me with no additional test or hope. Oh just go to a pain management dr and live out your quality of life. How do you even give a dam For 10 months I have severe spasms neuropathy and in pain 24/7! You took a hyprocratic oath and you can’t even help a patient I was told y would and your associate said we will get to the bottom of this Sad to say Penn Medyis recognized as the leader in Neuromuscular disorders but you sir need to retire! I could care less on your research u are one of the most horrible uncaring dr I have ever met

arrogant and sarcastic. ignored my symptoms. Stated I was ok. Went to Johns Hopkins and diagnosed with a serious chronic illness . Listen to your body and seek out a Dr that will listen to you.

Doctor Scherer is a very caring individual who explains things to me on my level. He understands the challenges of living life with a neurological disorder and is very encouraging. He is a dedicated research scientist who has made much progress in CMT research. He is an everyday hero!
