I just had my wisdom teeth out with Dr. Sudbrink, and honestly, it was so much easier than I thought it would be! I was nervous at first, but Dr. Sudbrink was calm, explained everything in a way I could understand, and made me feel at ease. The recovery went super smoothly—I was back to my routine in no time.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Sudbrink Oral Surgeon for a dental procedure, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel at ease. The office itself is modern and well-kept, which added to my comfort. Dr. Sudbrink is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also takes the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring that all of my questions were answered. His professionalism and expertise were evident, and I felt confident that I was in great hands. The procedure went smoothly, and I was pleasantly surprised at how minimal the discomfort was afterward, thanks to his careful approach and post-operative care instructions. What truly stood out to me was the compassionate care displayed by the entire team. They genuinely cared about my experience and recovery, checking in on me and making sure I was comfortable. This office should be ashamed of their business practices. Sudbrink attempted to charge a 10 year old $390.00 out of pocket for an X-ray.. This practice LIED and said the insurance company denied the X-ray. The insurance company exposed their fraud by stating an approval was NEVER submitted. When the Billing staff was confronted with their lie, they agreed to finally submit a request for services. Upon submittal, they sent the WRONG code for approval & NO medical documentation. Shavonne, the highly-unprofessional office “manager” smugly related it was denied. These people will go to great extents to deny a child much needed services. Attempting to fleece hundreds of dollars from a child. Your scam didn’t work & you label us difficult. What a joke of a practice? That speaks volumes on their integrity. Due to their savage, shameful practices, we will take our business elsewhere. Buyer beware!!!!!

My appointment with him lasted approximately one minute, in which he all but declined to discuss the procedure that I had come to inquire about, and quickly ushered me out of the office with a referral I already had for something I didn't want. I was extremely frustrated and upset with my visit. I had finally worked up the courage to call and make this appointment and address my sleep issues and then I get whisked in and out just so that they can bill me for the visit. I'm not sure that they perform all of the procedures that they claim to perform. SOme journalist should look into this. I don't think that either of these guys actually performs the Medtronic pillar procedure.

I was very nervous about my procedure and being put under anestheisa but the staff and Dr were wonderful and put me at ease! Everyone was super friendly and I would highly recommend them!

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.
