Dr. Stuart J. McKinnon

First initial visit which was unsuccessful due to poor communication of staffing. Spoke with Chelsie to inform her that my husband was going to be late and she informed me that it would be okay with a grace period of 15 min. Later received a call back from Chelsie informing me that my husband appointment was at a different time. After checking records of appointments I saw that it was not the time she stated and call back and spoke with Corina. I was very displeased in how she answered the phone when I was trying to confirmed that I had the correct doctors office. Yeah is not a professional way to greet any client when addressing a question. Secondly, I was told by Corina that the reason his time was changed was because they had overbooked. I was okay with understanding that it was their discretion or policy of not to take him if he was late but to intentionally lie about his original time of his appointment(making me feel as if I did not know his original appointment time)… and not just inform us from the beginning that you had changed his appointment with no communication or option of us rescheduling on his own due to your office overbooking. I do thank you Corina for being honest afterward but remember integrity is everything especially with your clients who will be putting their medical care and faith in your services. Remember the doctor can be great but the first line of defense is his staff. Which I have seen great reviews on Dr. Mckinnon

Dr. McKinnon is an excellent doctor. He provides complete information regarding my treatment plan and is so knowledgeable.
