If I could give her 0 stars I would... I had a doctor's appt this morning at 10am Sept 21, 2021 and I was denied service for not being covid vaccinated... so in other words "comply with medical coercion or be denied medical service". I an not anti-vaccine but I am anti-coercion. This is unethical, and illegal. Not to mention, she took the Hippocratic oath which she is not upholding by denying a person medical service based on her beliefs not based on science. She is in violation of the oath to treat "all my fellow human beings" which is unethical and grounds to have her license revoked. I believe in Karma and legal actions.

Do not go, this practice is not about helping patients, it's about $$$. Further, the nurse is RUDE and disrespectful. The doctor is disshelved in a dirty yellow lab coat

Not sure if the staff are well trained !! Staff at desk not polite or tuned in . Very poor skills and not at all like doctors staff normally are alert.

She is the real deal when it comes to medical weight loss.

Dr Decotis comes off as very knowledgeable in her specialty. two notes of concern: 1- I could not tell if the bedside manner is genuine interest or profit interest as they sell her line of products in the office and don't let you leave without making a purchase. 2- the front desk staff professionalism is completely sub-par of any medical desk I've ever encountered. The attitude is definitely paycheck over general interest in one's specialty. Disappointing.

I think Sue is a very smart women that cares about holistic treatment that is great. She seems to hesitate to just give you prescriptions, but instead get you vitamins. That is good. But, she doesn't really spend a lot of time trying to figure out what's going on, Instead she just starts to throw you out of the office before you get out what you need to say. She is running a pharmacy business - not a doctor's office. She mostly seems interested in selling her brand of vitamins. I'm taking other very popular vitamins in the health community and she just broke down why hers are better and tried to sell them to me. The first time I came, she left my room so fast I was sure she was coming back, but she never did. I realized I didn't get my questions answered so I went back a second visit. She told me to "HURRY UP."when I was talking. I said I had multiple symptoms. I told her one of them, and she diagnosed me and walked out the room before she heard the others. When I said there was… more, she literally ROLLED HER EYES like I wasn't paying her for the visit. I was shocked. Then of course she recommended a ton of her own personal vitamins. And asked me to book separate appointments with her for another day when the Allergist was in. And another appointment for when a dermatologist was in. ALL PEOPLE IN HER OFFICE, so I'm sure she gets kick backs. She doesn't appear to care for people anymore. It appears that she cares more about the money. It's a shame. I left both incidents extremely depressed - mostly because I couldn't believe another human being would treat me like this. I found myself apologizing for coming in for a visit. I prayed for her and all her patients when I got home - I hope she changes back to what she used to be - which I hear was pretty good. On the other hand, If you are just looking for good vitamins to take - she is the best in town though.

I've been seeing Dr. Decotiis for many years. Staff is always pleasant, appointments are easy to make and the wait times are usually pretty short. She has a great bedside manner. Really listens to what you have going on to come up with the right course of action. She's been able to help me with my allergies and my asthma. I'm running a 5K Warrior Dash next weekend and I wouldn't be able to do so without the excellent care and the right treatment I've been receiveing. I've tried many multi-vitamin's from GNC and the like and have been looking for something to give me that extra boost in the afternoon instead of another cup of coffee. I mentioned that to Dr. Decotiis and she recommended her brand, "Manhattan Medical" Daily Vitamin as well as Amino Acid support . I've been taking them for a month now and I feel great. Thank you Dr. Decotiis for taking such good care of me.

The visit itself was perfectly fine and very efficient. The follow up was absolutely crap. I went in for a blood test to test my thyroid levels. 2 weeks later, I still don't have my results. I recently switched medication so I need to know if it's working or not, but for some reason, something that normally takes 1 minute to check (I've seen the results before and I know they're very easy to read) has taken her 2 weeks and she still hasn't gotten back to me. In fact, they told me to make another appointment so that I could get my results. Yeah right. They won't even let me get the results and take it to another doctor. She has to review them first. Which she hasn't.
