Dr. Sunil Gupta, MD

Enjoyed a personal and personable visit with Dr. Gupta. He took time to ask questions, listen to the answers and address concerns of an individual patient. Imagine leaving a pre- colonoscopy screening visit smiling!

The front desk receptionist is young and inexperienced, totally unprofessional. Does not listen, gets irritated easily, doesn't show any care for the patient's concerns. Extremely combative, and the office manager has no control over her staff. It's sad.

Excellent. Been going to Dr. Gupta since age 17, has always been very thorough. Cares for his patients. Recently had a colonoscopy with him and it went smoothly. Also have had several endoscopy's with him and his staff have always treated me very kindly. Would highly recommend.

I have family history of colon cancer and yet my shyness has always made me put off a colonoscopy. I also feel guilty about not exercising enough and my occasional love of steak. (Modifiable risk factors associated with colon cancer risk are: physical inactivity, obesity, high consumption of red/processed meats, smoking, and alcohol.) But for the sake of my own patients, I wanted to understand this procedure from personal experience. Since many of my colleagues and nurse friends use Drs Gupta and Kushner, and I trust them implicitly with my own patients, I underwent the "dreaded" colonoscopy with Dr Gupta today. I cannot adequately describe how well cared-for I felt. From reception to nursing team to anesthesia to the highly competent. gentle and kind Dr. Gupta himself - I was made completely comfortable throughout. I am home, happy and untraumatized - a huge fear overcome. I can recommend Dr Gupta and his team with the highest level of confidence. The experience was… literally easier than the annual dental check-up! ð???
