Dr Machupalli came in and started with questions regarding my health records.No salutations and was cutting me while I was trying to talk to her about my concerns.Had a very bad experience overall

Worst experience for me. Surekha earned money without any service.

Dr. Surekha Machupalli Was very kind, caring and compassionate. Her staff was friendly and wait time was short, rescheduling is easy and I am greatful for the services provided to me.

I have been Dr Machupalli's patient for about a year for severe endometriosis and she takes great care of me. Her knowledge about my condition is unmatched as I have looked for a doctor to rtreat my condition. Very little wait times, and i can usually get same day appointments!

Awesome OBGYN. Ladies if you are looking for someone who can take good care of your body, this is the place to go. you will not regret it. she is very patient, kind and attentive to your body. i enjoyed my first time experience with her and i will be keeping her.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Machupalli and her staff! I immediately felt comfortable, they were all very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they spent a great amount of time with me talking about everything and making sure they knew all of my history. It was clear that every recommendation made for my next appointments are exactly what I need. I'm so glad I found them!

Stay away from this doctor!! And she is the worst OBGYN and should have her license taken away!

The whole staff are unprofessional. The receptionist is rude . The MA didn’t know how to withdraw blood??? She tried 3 tines with shaking hands then said go to the lab. The office is very cheap.hallway’s light is partially off. The exams room kept close and the light off to save energy. Also the clinic is very hot because the AC is off. The waiting time is over an hour and half . The doctor try to make money in legal way by ordering unnecessarily ultrasound. Never smile in the patient face .

To don't know where to begin. Very unprofessional, no bedside manner, told us thst she is not going to explain medical terminology to us. We arrived for a follow up to an ultrasound done and she had not even looked at it. She didn't even know why we were there. I tried to explain to her that I was there for moral support but my mother in law needed her to explain what was happening. She got upset with me and told us that she was not a good fit for us. Stay AWAY!!!

Does not answer calls once done with checkup and payment. When I called I was in immense pain, the staff says doctor is in restroom and is busy and never call back, then she says she has ordered medicine in pharmacy when I went to collect it was the same that I was already having and it cost me $12. Don't prefer going to this doctor.
