I went ro Dr.Robertson for OB care during my first pregnancy. I chose Dr. Robertson solely for the fact that she was the only female close to me. Given the choice again I would have traveled 100 miles to escape going to her. Everything seemed fine during my pregnancy. She was nice, seemed to be caring, and I really liked her throughout our appointments. Then she jnduced my labor. Thats when I really saw her true colors. I felt un-informed, manilulated, and pushed to go along with whatever she said, even when not necessary. She needlessly induced my labor and then wanted to do a C-section when my child was " in distress". Well no wonder the baby was stressed, she induced me without need! My baby was not ready yet. So needless to say it would be quite scary for a little baby when was un naturally induced too early. I was made to feel like I was not in control and like I was not allowed to make any decisions. She ending up doing an episiotomy and using a vaccum on my childs head!!! Once… again its no wonder, because my baby was not ready!!! Overall it was a horrible birthing experience and I feel so robbed!!! I will regret it for the rest of my life and will be traveling or finding a mid wife in the future!

This was my first visit and I scheduled it two hours before I had to be at work. However, a baby decided to arrive and the doctor was delayed for over an hour. The staff was friendly but no one bothered to let me know what was going on until I insisted to know when I would be seen, so communication was missing. Once I got in though they were very professional and jept it quick since they knew I was now in a bit of a hurry. Overall I was bappy with the visit... a little more communication from the front staff was all I could have asked for.

I have never been to a doctors office that offered more care and compassion to their patients. Dr. Robertson took as much time as I needed to answer all of my questions and concerns. I was fortunate to get an appointment the day after I called the office and I had barely picked up a magazine when they called me to come back.

Cold and unprofessional.

I have never felt more comfortable and at ease in a doctors office before. The professionalism of Dr. Robertson, and her staff, is off the charts, and so is the compassion Dr. Robertson shows in caring for her patients. The only time I have ever had to wait for a longer period of time than what I would have liked, was when Doctor Robertson had to tend to an emergency at the hospital. Who could be upset over that? I am thankful I have a doctor who cares about her patients the way she does. When I am at the hospital with an emergency, I know I can count on Dr. Robertson:)
