Appointment times are extremely limited, even though you will get passed up by anyone else who just walks in for allergy shots. We got passed up by 5 people while waiting for our appointment. No paperwork to be done online, so I had to fill out paperwork for 30 minutes with two toddlers in waiting room without any toys. On the phone I let them know that the appointment time was close to my children's nap time (because they had "NO other appointments available" ) and I was reassured we would be in and out in 1 hour. 1.75 hours past our appointment time, and we still had not been seen by the doctor. Her staff is moderately friendly, although they never apologized for the wait time, or explained when we would see the doctor. I was also made to feel like I was crazy for asking to see the doctor asap, even though I had two crying toddlers. I had to walk out and asked for a phone consult instead and was told "OK." I then had to call back, because they never called me, and was told I would… need to come back in person. This doctor may be great with adults, but DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN. I recommend using Allergy & ENT associates instead!

She's the doctor you want to go if you are experiencing any type of allergies, she took the time and listened to all my problems I had, hands down the best allergist in town, worth the drive!

She's the doctor I have been waiting for to help my daughter her entire life! It's like she knew her from birth the moment we walked in.

I moved from the area to Florida. After trying three new doctors in Florida, I still have not found any to match her, knowledge, skill, understanding or helpfullness. I think she is wonderful! I am serriously thinking of going back to Dr. Jacob for my testing. Afterall, I visit Tomball often enough that I can bring the serum back to Florida with me for treatments.
