Dr. Susan Flanzman, MD

I am giving two stars because making an appointment was easy , wait time was reasonable, staff was polite and Dr Flanzman went over things in the office. However, once I left and had more issues, I was treated poorly. I called the office for two days trying to speak with Dr Flanzman about my condition declining and she never called me back. I also messaged her in the portal and never got a response. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication.

Dr Flanzman always makes me feel like I’m her most important patient. She had a kind and gentle bedside manner. She’s very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

I feel very lucky that 20 or years ago Dr. Flanzman became my primary care physician. She is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. She listens patiently and attentively and I never feel rushed. I feel taken care of by someone who cares. And by someone who also has valuable knowledge and experience.

Dr. Fransman greets you with a smile and is genuinely happy to see her patients. She is very easy to speak with very knowledgeable and responsive to your needs. I highly recommend her!

Dr Flanzman takes a holistic approach to medicine. She gives you time and asks good questions to let you talk about what's bothering you before suggesting ideas to help. She is not an alarmist, which I appreciate, but I am a healthy person. I have to trust that when red flags are raised, she will be on it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Flanzman for about 7 years. I wish I had found her sooner. She spends time listening to any concerns and offers thoughtful and well reasoned suggestions. The practice, as a whole, is run IMO very efficiently. Registration, vitals and then called back personally by the doctor to her private office where she thoroughly reviews your history since the last visit. Then a few steps into her exam room - then back to discuss concerns, options and her professional assessment & suggestions. She is more holistic in her approach and is certainly not a physician who goes to the prescription pad immediately. I have confidence in as well as respect for her experience, knowledge and professional opinions.

Very caring, easy to talk to and professional

I have been very grateful to Dr Flanzman for her care over the years, however when I really needed her counsel I did not get it. Test results showed a mass on my liver and I did not feel my concerns were address. After the written test results were read to me by two different staff members on 2 different calls, each time I requested to speak with the doctor as I had questions...2 weeks later no call. I have made an appointment with another doctor.

Dr Flanzman is so very caring and considerate. Even though I may only see her a couple times a year, she makes a point to check my records before I arrive and remembers everything going on in my life. She always makes me feel like I matter, and that she is interested in my progress. I have serious "White Coat Hypertension" and found that only with Dr Flanzman does my BP normalize. If you're looking for a caring, interested primary physician, Dr Flanzman is wonderful.
