Dr. Susan Diane Fromer, MD

I've been going to Dr. Fromer for my eye care for about 10 years getting my annual checkups. She's very professional and accommodating. However, previous years have me waiting for close to an hour regardless of my appointment time or what time I arrive but this year I was 30 minutes early and was seen 7 minutes after my appointment time and I was out in a timely manner this year. My wait time was a big improvement.

Very energetic and welcoming. Very inquisitive and explains in detail what she sees while examining your eyes and what each part of the exam is for. A thorough, interactive visit, always!

Dr. Susan Fromer is a top surgeon, a talented doctor, and a kind and empathic doctor. I have seen her for many years now. However, over time the practice has exapanded greatly. If Dr. Fromer is needed to answer a question or deal with an insurance appeal after a visit, it is almost impossible for the office to reach her. The office manager at the Park avenue office is excellent, but the situation is almost impossible; lately Dr. Fromer is not always in on Mondays, her one day. in the office, which makes the situation very difficult. Improvements have been made at Park Avenue; the requirement to wear masks is enforced, the desk staff is behind a plastic guard, and the office is less crowded.

My visit was very good. The staff answered all my questions completely and understandable. Dr Fromer was excellent and answered all of my questions.

Great service all across the board and the wait time has decreased and you still get full service and she doesn’t rush through your visit. She’s very good at what she does. She’s been taking care of my mother for over 5 years and we will never see another eye doctor! SHE IS A TREASURE!!!

Always a pleasure visiting Dr. Fromer's office on Park Ave. The wait time is reasonable and her staff is always friendly. Dr. Fromer, herself, is very knowledgeable and personable. I've been a patient here for a few years now!
