She always takes the time needed to address all of my concerns. She is very thorough. And very friendly. The staff is very helpful.

I read all the reviews on different sites. Some glowing, some horrible. I did ask about staff and was informed a couple people were replaced in 2014. My care has been great. I saw the P.A., Geri, who found a lump and sent me for mammogram right away. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and the entire office helped get me into specialists right away. I had 2 surgeries, chemo and radiation and am now done with treatment other than a cancer pill I have to take for 5 years. I credit Geri for saving my life. The staff was wonderful.

From the very first day I ever went to her office I never saw this Dr. I have always seen her Physicians Assistant Geri Garlo. My appointment was at 3:15. I arrived on time and was called in right away. After being weighed in, having my temperature taken and height measured, I was put into an exam room where my blood pressure was taken and I was asked a few questions about what edications I'm taking I was asked to undress and put on a gown. After doing so I sat there freezing for about an hour before Geri came in. I think she came in at about 4:45. This happened to me last time I was there for a routine physical. When I called 2 weeks later to see if they got my lab results back, they said they had not. They told me they didn't get the results becasue they are not affiliated with the hospital I went to. When I called the lab and asked them to fax the results to my Dr.'s office cause the Dr.'s office said they didn't get them, the lab told me I should find a new Dr. 4 days later they… still haven't completed my insurance form which is due tomorrow. Once I go there today and pick up my insurance form I will never go back there again.

Free at last. I determined that regardless of how good Jones was, I cancelled her as my provider. The petty childishness, power plays, ignorance, and total lack of concern for her patients by her staff outweighed benefits. A week after I found a new provider, I got a letter from her, obviously generated by one of her staff â??geniuses,â?? that Jones was â??firingâ?? me. Her staff couldnâ??t even get ill manners right. I retained her and her staff to provide services, and I paid them. It is absurd to contend that she could fire me, since I paid her for services, not the other way around. Donâ??t believe me?---such relationships were settled common law centuries ago. Thus, the venomous brainlessness of the one generating the letter proves itself. One of her staff (Candy,) contacted me and said I would have to take and record my blood pressure every day in order to remain a patient of Jones. The word is out, including from Jones herself, that she was being investigated for… her office not controlling the issuance of prescription drugs. The taking and recording of the blood pressure medication seems to confirm a drug problem even more, and possibly more deeply. And watch your insurance coverage. It looks like companies have dropped her. Too bad. Now her staff will have to go back working at Burger King.

The patient is an intrusion on the office staffs time. And the staffs time seems to be revolving in a state of ineptitude. Without any doubt, these people are the worst example of customer service and relations I have ever seen. Being put on hold for five, ten or 15 minutes, then chewed out for continually calling, prescriptions not called in for refills, reports not forwarded to other doctors offices, never having a call returned, being talked too and treated as cretins. These are just some of the incidents that happened LAST WEEK. Want more? Thats just the beginning.The staff works there for its own purposes, certainly not to help the patient, or compliment the doctor. Their own ego-driven purpose seems to be lording it over patients. They literally require that we beg for services.Its bad enough to require medical help, but to face the venomous incompetence of this offices clerical employees makes everything a wrenching experience. In Dr. Little-Jones office, our health… care is determined by clerks who believe they can make decisions about our well-being.The pity is, Dr Little-Jones is an astonishingly good doctor. Its doubtful that she knows whats going on in the office.Are there only two options? Do we live with demeaning conduct from people who have no right or preparation to work in a doctors office to get the exceptional services from a very good doctor. Or do we go elsewhere, defeated by condescending drones who wouldnt understand competence if it hit them in the behind? Hoping that something will happen to change a dire situation, I will have to stay for now. Little-Jones is just too good.

We have been to many doctors hoping for a diagnosis for my son. Dr. Little-Jones was spot on. She spent a lot of time with him and me. She made a young man who was extremely nervous, feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone. I love her office staff. I feel bad that the other reviews were not so positive. I have never had a negative issue with the doctor or her staff. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

She seems to be an ok doctor, but her staff is the worst: they take many days to send in Rx refill requests, they forget to send referrals for specialists, they often do not return phone messages. It is 50/50 whether you will talk to a person if you call. Some of thier answering machine options, i.e. Press 1 for ___ , say "invalid choice." I have dropped in unannounced, without an appt, on other business twice. Both times the 3 main staff members were literally just standing around gabbing, doing nothing. Coincidence, sure. Worst of all: they do not apologize when they screw up. IMHO Dr. Little-Jones is responsible for that!

The receptionist (Sue?) was very rude and unhelpful. I will not be going there.

It took along time to find a Dr who actually cares. I believe I found her.I also like the fact that she is American and a female.
