Dr. Sushil Chander Mittal

The office never collected information about my medical history or family history. I was hardly asked about my symptoms. The doctor was in my room for less than two minutes. He prescribed blood pressure medicine before he ran any tests or even talked to or saw me. He then said my condition wasn't a real problem just that I was stressed due because of my children and husband. I am NOT married and do NOT have kids. When I tried to explain the issues I was having he told me to stop talking because he knew everything he needed to from my chart. My condition, which he didn't believe, landed me in the ER less than 24 hours later. Additionally, my After Visit Summary said that I have diabetes, which was never discussed and has never been diagnosed by another physician. This man should not be allowed to practice.

He doesn't listen to what is going on with you. Takes one look and DECIDES what is going on. OMG! Could not believe this kind of doctor is still practicing.

I went to see him with a serious issue & was told to lose weight & that will fix everything.. Didn't care what I had to say about the serious issue..

This doctor has no time to listen to your complaints, he makes judgement even before listening to your story. Patient is never satified with the visit, but that doesn't bother Dr. Mittal. I gave this doctor another chance, by going for second/follow-up visit. Turns out, the second visit was as useless as first one. Never going back to Dr. Mittal again. Staff as well as Dr. Mittal are equelly rude.

I have been seeing Dr. Mittal for a few years now, and I am trying to find a new doctor as I write this review.When I moved to South Carolina, I had all my medical records from Alaska sent to his office so that he could see my medical history. He admitted to me in my first appointment with him that he didn't read them and that there was no reason to do so.He also never listens to anything I say. I even took my wife in to an appointment with me so she could see how he acts. He is very dismissive and seems like he could really care less about his patients.I can't speak to his knowledge or abilities in medicine in particular, because I think it is rather hard for a doctor to treat his patients if he won't listen to what they say and if he has no interest in their past medical history.I would not recommend seeing this doctor, even though the staff at his clinic are as helpful and professional as you could expect.

I hsve seen this Doctor for a long time and he is a very cold man. He and his nurse are rude and took their time giving me my results back Ihad to call over and over agian even though theysaid thst they would call me but never did and when I did tslk to the nurse she was ignorant and rude she couldnt answer any questions.
