I rarely see this doctor when I visit because I usually see a NP. The good news, my condition doesn't necessarily require the Dr most times and I'm okay with that because when I want to see her, I request her and get her. The NP currently there is very pleasant and easy to talk to. Btw, when I do see Dr Rodgers it's almost like show time! She's great and knows her stuff!!! My mom now goes to her and everybody else I recommend. My four stars is for one of the nurses or MAs staff. They can be rude to be honest. However, I have come to realize that most times a front desk staff or nurse's rude behavior isn't known to management right away. The MA or nurse that attended to me seems new to office(never seen her) but her subtle rudeness and condescending tone made me write this review. Dr Rodgers, you have a bad egg on staff. I will return because I know it's not you. As a nurse myself, I hate to see patients being disrespected especially when they already feel they are at the… mercy of the staff. I was going to call her out that day I visited but the pleasantness of NP made me keep my mouth shut, realizing it's not the entire staff.

I love Skin Specialists of Addison. Dr. Rodgers is kind, compassionate and took the time to explain my treatment needs. I found her to be up to date and conservative. Thank you!!! I have found my dermatologist for life!!!!

I've been seeing Doctor Rodgers for many years. My daughter and I are extremely pleased with all of the services we received. We would highly recommend Doctor Rodgers and her staff for any type of dermatology issues. She is a ten in our book!!

She made the correct diagnosis in a NY minute, when my own Dr. couldn't resolve it in 2 years.

Dr. Rodgers removed a mole from my neck where my shirt collar clipped. I can now wear a shirt and tie in comfort.

Dr Rodgers is simply the best! I have struggled with acne and redness my entire life. Spent thousands on IPL and laser treatments that works for only a few months at most. I starting seeing Dr Rodgers and her staff of PAs a few months ago and I am astonished at the results. I know that derm is a science and what may work for one person doesnt always work for another, but she knows her stuff. Sometimes she is booked several weeks out and i will see a PA. I have the utmost faith in these ladies as well. They are all wonderful and my skin has never looked or felt better. I also started using Sugoi that they sell in the office and OMG its amazing!! I cant say enough good things about this provider and her staff, just a pure joy.

HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE phone customer service. 15 min on hold is unacceptable. Call 2x from my phone no one answers, called a 3rdx from another phone then someone picks up. Since when do such a business screen calls with no apologies.
