Dr. Tapan Daftari

Dr. Daftari is the best of the best in GA. I highly recommend him for a great doctor. I've been a patient since 2010 and he's done 3 surgeries on my back.

I’m very grateful to Dr. Daftari and his team for the impeccable care that they have provided me. I was in so much pain and I could hardly walk when I had my first appointment. Dr. Daftari examined me, and listened patiently to my concerns. He quickly ordered diagnostic testing and prescribed the best course of treatment. He has always been kind and encouraging. When I’ve called his office, his team has quickly called me back. I couldn’t ask for a more skilled, knowledgeable and caring doctor. I trust and appreciate him very much! Today, I can walk independently and I’m hopeful that I will continue to improve with Dr. Daftari’s expertise, experience, and genuine concern.

Dr. Daftari is amazing. Went to see him with a big problem in my L5/S1 and after a surgery which failed with another top ranked spine doctor, Dr Daftari told me what needed to be done instead and he did surgery on my back. It was a life changing event for me. He was absolutely great!!!!

Very happy with my surgeon. Dr Daftari performed major surgery on my lower back. I haven’t experience any complications. He explained everything through the process, and he as well as his staff were prompt through recovery.

I saw Dr Daftari yesterday, he always pays attention to what I am saying and offered a solution to having surgery at this time. It will need to happen at some point but I am not ready for a big major surgery again and he understood this. The only negative that I will comment on is that we waited for an hour and a half in our exam room. But it doesn’t happen often and I would never consider changing to another doctor.

I had back surgery in January 2023. Dr. Deftari was my surgeon. My praise to him for a job well done is beyond any measurement i can compare. Everything has unfolded in the manner in which he described and I feel healthy and active. I thank him every day for my restored health. I am so grateful I found him when I did.

I was so excited after reading the reviews to see Dr.Daftari but I was in for a shock.When I got back to see him I was bombarded with questions only to be interrupted every time I tried to answer and was told I wasn't a candidate for surgery,which was not a reason I went,I wanted to see what kind of treatment I could be offered but was made to feel like I had wasted his time.Very disappointed and will never go back for any reason.

Dr. Daftari is an excellent orthopedic doctor. On my first visit, I could barely walk or function due to pain. He was thorough, professional, and caring. His staff was impeccable. With the correct physical therapy, medication, bone supplements and Dr. Daftari’s care and medical expertise, I can walk without back pain and I am continuing to improve. I’ve recommended him to my family, friends, and colleagues. I’m so thankful that Dr. Daftari and his staff are caring for me on my journey to wellness.
