Didenkos DEA license has been revoked per his receptionist Kamala. Some reason this is not being made public anywhere let alone from him. The office told me this yesterday after almost 2 weeks of unanswered calls saying "he's been upset and hasn't been coming into the office". Well doc you obviously screwed up and cannot take responsibility for that so you have reception trying to explain your troubles. What about all the patients you have been prescribing for? You don't feel an obligation to let us know? I have been a patient for over 5 years. You have been prescribing a controlled substance for me for this duration. No email/letter nothing? He knows his patient's cannot just stop taking certain medications due to severe side effects but clearly this is not of importance. What a disgrace.

My friend went to see Dr Didenko who helped him overcome his addiction. I can’t thank you enough for saving my friend’s life. It’s obvious you care about your patients.

Doctor Didenko successfully handled an issue in 6 weeks that the Mayo clinic was unable to resolve after 2 years. I have witnessed various issues with his office staff that he is working hard to resolve. This Doctor volunteers his time to assist those most in need and this should be taken into account. The office wait times can be an issue at times , but this is because he is taking the time to address the patient's needs as an individual. This inherently takes longer than a doctor that listens to you for 5 minutes and sends you on your way. If you want a great doctor, you will need to find the patience to wait for the level of quality care that he provides.

Dr. Didenko is a warm, smart and alway fun to be around. His new location on Plaza drive is amazing, its freshly remodeled and its literally across the parking of the Nordstroms at the woodfield mall. His staff is absolutely one of the most pleasant and competent people ive met in my painful journey through multiple mental health providers, until I found Dr. Didenko. He is so kink and down to the earth, I simply love coming to my appointments as I always leave happy and in good mood. Highly recommend this doctor and his staff!

The best part about Dr. Didenko is that he has a great upbeat, and very fun personality. When I came into his office, I noticed it immediately. He also seems to know his craft, and seems competent. However, this was the best part of the experience. When I arrived at the office - there was nobody there, just the Doctor and his receptionist. My appointment started AN HOUR after it was scheduled, because the Doctor was running around the office and setting it up, since they just moved. Then he left, and returned in 15-20 minutes. After I finally got in, my appointment lasted for about 2 hours. This accumulated 4 or 5 people in the waiting room. Eventually his receptionist came in, asking if he would be done soon. I'm convinced that most of people who were waiting, were way past their appointment times. One of the medications prescribed by the doctor was not covered by my insurance, so I called back the following day, wanting to ask for substitution. I left a message and called 3 more… times that day. No one picked up. My call was finally returned by his receptionist in 2 days, telling me that the doctor can't write a prescription for another medication over the phone and I would have to come in for another appointment. I asked why it took them so long to call me back. The response was "Sorry". I requested a call back from the doctor, so I could ask him to substitute for similar medication over the phone, since I just spent 2 hours at his office. The receptionist told me that she is going to tell the doctor. It's been 3 business days - and the call from the doctor never came. In Summary: THE GOOD: 1. The doctor has a really easy-going good personality. Very personable, good communicator, easy going and fun. 2. He seems to be competent, and seems to know his craft. THE BAD 1. I got into my appointment 1 hour late, because he prioritized his office move above my appointment time. 2. His office is nearly impossible to reach. Voicemail is much more likely to answer your phone then an actual person. 3. The doctor seems to have COMPLETE AND UTTER DISREGARD for his patients' time. 4. Biggest complaint of other patients in their reviews is the mentioned Disregard for their time. My advice is to find someone else. Based on my own experience at his office, and numerous online reviews of other people, his Time Management Skills and utter inability to keep appointment times with his patients would leave a lot of folks frustrated. ESPECIALLY, if you are coming into his office with an urgent Mental Health issue.

Absolutely the worst. Extorted my medication from me. Made me drive it to his home. He came to my house. This man shouldn't be allowed to practice.
