Dr. Teresa Pouncil Marshall, MD

The lack of compassion from Dr. Marshall and the practice are inexcusable. Despite arriving on time for my new patient appointment, a 1.5-hour wait occurred without explanation or apology from staff. Dr. Marshall then defended her decision to remove my name from the schedule, claiming I did not arrive 'early' enough, although on time. Her behavior was offensive. She dismissed the my wasted time and insulted the referring doctor, declaring them a 'liar'. After I questioned her adherence to the Hippocratic Oath, Dr. Marshall raised her voice, and staff intervened. This was a disrespectful, humiliating, and unprofessional refusal of care. Attempts were made to contact management to discuss this experience, but no response was received. This disregard for patient well-being and the failure to address complaints reflects a broken system. Potential patients should seek care elsewhere. Dr. Marshall and this practice are not recommended for anyone seeking competent, compassionate, or… professional medical care.

Dr. Marshall has been my Primary Care Physician for ten (10) years or more. As someone who worked with Physicians in Family Medicine and Psychiatry at the University of Miami for numerous years, there were few exceptions such as She. I have the upmost respect and admiration for her as a Person and a Doctor. She is confident in offering expert advise and solutions because she has up-to-date knowledge of the latest medical data and information. Dr. Marshall is an excellent listener and has a genuine interest in my well being and the care of others. An outstanding recommendation goes without mentioning. Sherri V. Armstrong

All you need besides Jesus... is a doctor who really and truly care about helping their patients. Dr. Marshall is thorough!!! Everything you expect from your doctor, and with effortless bedside manner that's so hard to find. I've been a patient for over 15 years. She's AMAZING

Dr. Marshall explains everything and answers all questions clearly, taking as much time as necessary. When I was a new patient, she asked all the usual new patient questions herself instead of having me fill out a form. She can make someone who hasn't had a checkup in years feel comfortable.

I worked with her while she did her residency at Baptist. She was a very caring and good physician. She will be my Dr. forever because she cares and knows what she is doing and she listens. Thank You!

Dr. Marshall is the most loving, caring, and concerned doctor I've ever known! I've been with her all of my adult life, and refuse to see any other doctor!! She keeps it real, and she really works with you if you are struggling. She is a Great doctor, and I would recommend anyone to her if you need a genuine doctor!...Not just a doctor looking to get paid, but who truly cares about their patient. She gets 5 Stars from me!
