Dr. Terrance T Winn, MD

I don't understand the positive reviews. I saw him for an insurance company IME and his report was fraudulent. He claimed he performed testing he he did not do. I was in his waiting room longer than the exam room. In his report he claimed that in under 10 minutes he decided my injuries were prior to a sever head on collision, something not one of my numerous doctors or other IME doctors have claimed.

I saw Dr Winn today with my mom and he is so amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, listens and cares. Has a great personality as well!

The most kind, compassionate doctor I’ve ever had. I have multiple neurological pain conditions after four subsequent back surgeries not only did he concur with my neurologist findings but 2-3 years later he’s still as caring as the first day. He is a true doctor who upholds the highest standards. I recommend him to anyone.

I have had severe lower back pain for well over 15 years. Always in some pain then at times I'd just blow it out. Unless you have been through this it is very difficult to describe. I can't walk. My entire body shifts. The pain is inhumane. I need assistance to dress myself and become completely dependent on others. Dr. Winn was recommended by my Chiropractor when I went into yet another spasm. He came in early for me that day. Showed me compassion. Reviewed my MRI and actually explained to me exactly why this is happening. He didn't offer me pain meds (don't want them) and if that's what you're looking for go elsewhere as his goal is to treat and fix the problem. I did find some relief in a low dose of steroids and a muscle relaxer. I chose to do the epidural with him. My pain has gone from 10 to 5/6 with rest.I am seeking the opinion of a spine surgeon. Then I may try another epidural based on his opinion. Dr. Winn was behind this 100%. He is willing to help me any way he can.This… Dr. is wonderful. I am in the medical field and I will not see anyone but the best. 5 star bedside, knowledge, follow up (he calls you himself) The surgery center he uses was excellent. His staff is beyond professional. thorough,polite and caring. As I go through this process of healing, I'm less stressed and at times less panicked having him for my physician. He's on your side. In a world of number crunchers he's in it for the right reasons.

Dr Winn was introduced to me because my original doctor was unavailable. It all started on Christmas Eve- I had such severe back pain- I was unable to move. I literally could not shower, walk, sit up, or even lay down without a zinging zapping pain in my back, butt and down my right leg. After waiting for several weeks for an appointment to see my Dr... I was insane with pain. I went to the ER around New Years Eve and was given shots of Demerol and a referral for a surgeon. I did not qualify for surgery, so I went back to my pain specialist and had to wait 2 more weeks. I found out she was at a Conference. It was then that I was introduced to Dr Winn! He was kind and interested in helping me. He even came on early to give me the 2 spinal Injections I was waiting for. He talked to me and reviewed my X-rays. He explained the procedure. I was so afraid but his reassuring words were what allowed me to believe I would be ok. I have never felt so helpless and broken. He did an… amazing job. He actually have me another shot 2 weeks later. He called me to see how I was feeling. I'm so thankful for his expertise and wonderful bedside manner...he was a life saver! I just saw him today for a follow up and he was just as kind...

I went to Dr. Winn with severe lower back pain and sciatica leg pain. I've been treating with him for the last 5 months and every time I go, he spends a long time with me explaining my conditions and treatment. My pain is well under control now. I saw the other review - not sure if it is competition or a drug seeker? The doctor does not prescribe a lot of pain medications and not on the first visit. He's well trained and know how to pin point my problem. I feel like he treats the source of my pain rather than giving me drugs to mask it. I would definitely recommend him as a doctor!!

This Doctor is terrible. He has absolutly no experience and has the worst patient care i have ever experienced. He never calls patients back in a timely manner, and is completly unavailable when needed. In addition, he is judgemental and unprofessional with his manners with patients. I would recommend a doctor with more experience if you are in need of pain management. His experience is very limited.
