Dr. Terry Joseph Mcanallen, DO

Dr. Terry McAnallen was my primary care physician for years, and I can honestly say he was the most compassionate, thorough, and genuinely caring doctor I’ve ever known. He took the time to listen, treated me like a whole person rather than just a chart, and always went above and beyond to make sure I understood my care and felt supported. A few years ago, he left his practice unexpectedly, and there isn’t another doctor to replace him. His patients truly miss him — not just for his medical expertise, but for his kindness, empathy, and the trust he built with us. If anyone knows how to reach Dr. TJ or where he might be practicing now, please let him know his former patients still think of him often and would love to reconnect. The medical world truly lost someone special when he left.

ugh...he needs to help. Guess to much with my care that is why the call it practicing medicine. got better care elsewhere...RUN there is a reason he does not have his own practice.

He was okay at first but now every time I see him he seems less and less okay. He documents things that don't even take place and things that we didn't even discuss. I don't know how he still has a medical license. He also tells me to take off my mask when he enters the room, and doesn't wear one himself.

I drive 32 miles one way to get my medical care from Dr. M. I could change to another primary that is close to home, but he is so thorough and treats the "whole" person. Why any one would write a negative word is beyond my comprehension.

I feel his dishonesty and disinterest in my care rose to the level of sadism. Eyes on computer at all times, doesn't appear to listen, doesn't communicate effectively and, to me, appears to care very little about the well-being of his patients. When I called in about my MRI, he misrepresented the results, not knowing I already had a copy. I am lucky to have found a better primary care doc so quickly.

Only treats symptoms not the cause. Not worry that’s why it’s called practicing medicine

I had chronic back pain for years and when I would tell him and ask for an X-ray or MRI he would refuse and just push pills. I am so glad I found a new doctor. Come to find out I had a herniated disc and it required surgery. Dr. McAnallen is a terrible doctor.
