Dr. Terry Kiyoshi Shimamoto, MD

**ALERT** Assistant and Doctor is RUDE!!! The assistant was rude and made false accusation without getting their facts straight. Then said the DR would not do this and he will not do that, then went on and on. We are a new patient that haven't even walked into the office. All of this was discussed over the phone and I did not have my first appointment with them. Not sure how this office could have their medical license considering they are not asking for facts and listening to the patient. I am calling the board to complain about this doctors ability to listen to the referral doctor and patients need.

Dr Shimamoto is a thoughtful doctor. He listens when you talk. I thought that was a good personality trait. He made me feel comfortable explaining my medical condition and left time for questions. I was referred to him by my allergist who thinks quite highly of him. Which gave me assurance that I was going to the right neurologist.
