The office staff in Ann Arbor, Cadillac and Traverse City was fantastic. Dr. Schermerhorn did an exceptional job on my back. I have recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so. I’d give him a 10!

I sincerely think he is the kindest Dr I've ever been to. I was a critical patient when he met me, his care, compassion and skills are excellent

Dr.Schermerhorn is a truly dedicated physician. You know that he is a doctor because he truly wants to heal his patients. He turned my life around with a very complex procedure. Everything went perfectly and his follow-up and explanations of all aspects of the process were awesome. I can't recommend him highly enough.

He truely listens to what you are telling him, making eye contact during the entire interview and answering appropriately when questioned. You immediately know you are the most important person at that moment even though he has hundreds of patients he's caring for. We're lucky to have him in Traverse City!!!

Dr Schermerhorn did back surgery on me six years ago and my back is strong and I function as if I've never had any issues. About 2 years after my back surgery I had a brain tumor, I felt so lucky to have Dr. Schermerhorn on my team and I felt very confident in his abilities. He is thoughtful and careful in his approach.

I was referred to Dr. Schermerhorn due to two broken vertebrate in my cervical spine. He and his staff were fantastic in providing a safe, comfortable environment and educated me through every step as well as entertained any questions and concerns I brought to their attention. Plus, he's easy on the eyes!

I went to him and could hardly walk. He read the xrays and MRI and made a plan. I was slipped more than 50%. Right away after the surgery I knew I was better. I thank him often and he is worth giving a call to see what he can do for you.
