I've had a wide variety of ailments over the past 23 years, and I've always trusted Dr. Jeffers to give the right diagnosis, explain exactly what is going on, and refer me to a great specialist when necessary. He has been frank and to the point when I've needed to lose weight, and so on.

Dr. Jeffers has been our family doctor for over 20 years and he's awesome! He is very busy so he doesn't have the time to small talk but he knows what he's doing and he does it well.

WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER MET WITH!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! I had scheduled an appointment with New West Physicians to address some issues and concerns I was having about my testosterone levels. First problem, I went in to the front desk to check in for my appointment (which i had to take off of work to do), they had mistakenly made while my doctor was not even there. I had been told that they would not be able to see me that day and I would need to schedule another appointment. After arguing with the front desk for 15 minutes that i was unable to miss work again, they finally said they would see me (like they were suppose to that day). I finally got called back to meet with Dr. Jeffers, when he first came into the room he acted like I was wasting his time and that I was and inconvenience for him. I tried explaining to Dr. Jeffers what all of my symptoms were, and he completely cut me off and would not let me talk, he was just trying to rush through the appointment. Because I am only… 25 he stated to me that there is nothing wrong with my testosterone levels and that i will be fine. He almost made it more of a counseling session saying how it is all in my head and that I am just stressed. I told him I want to just check my testosterone levels anyway and he said and i quote "Fine, we will check your testosterone levels and you will see they are normal." He was VERY RUDE throughout the entire appointment. I wanted him to check out some other issues I had and would NOT let me talk the ENTIRE TIME. I got by blood work done and a three days later I had received my results and sure enough I had low T. Not just low T, but a score of 44, and a person of my age should be in the 800s. The lab technician that told me my results sent a message back to Dr. Jeffers to have him call me back due to the seriousness of this low score. I did not receive a call back from Dr. Jeffers till the next day while i was at work and was unable to answer my phone. He did not leave a message, so I called the number back and talked with one of the front desk employees and gave them a couple of different numbers to call me back. They straight up told me that they would not guarantee he will call both numbers. I finally received a call back and and it was the same thing as before I had some questions and he would not let me ask, he kept talking and said "give it 3 months and you should be back to normal, ok?" And was trying to push me off the phone, and would not listen to my concerns. This is not only the worst Doctor I have ever met but and even worse person who obviously does not truly care about his patients.
