Terrible. Just terrible. RUDE, dismissive, not equipped to foresee complications (unless he caused them and won't admit it). Does not take anything seriously. Look anywhere else.

Dr. Willard is rude and dismissive, has no time to listen or bother himself to know your history. Two weeks have gone by and no CT results read even after countless efforts to contact him. The office staff is kind and helpful and his nurses are amazing, I truly feel sorry for them.

Current, knowledgable urologist. Extremely skilled surgeon, exceptional robotic surgeon. Not only a patient, but worked with him in the operating room, comments are first- hand. Recommend highly

Dr. Willard totally botched my father-in-law’s surgery. Please get a second opinion.

Dr Willard usually 45 minutes late to see his patients. After surgery, you have zero chance of getting in to see Dr Willard. Dr Willard Sees you before surgery, as you need. very friendly before you have surgery. After surgery, good luck trying to get appointment with Dr Willard.I do not think he gets to know patient health history, before surgery. The other Doctor sin his group are so much better.

Misdiagnosed me- I went elsewhere.My kidney was removed last week- pathology report said I had 2 different types of Kidney Cancer tumors.I would have died if I had listened to this man !!
