I do not recommend this place..they have a high turnover and very disorganize. Doctors and nurses are very moody.

Well i went here a couple of times because someone i met highly recommended her. The staff is very uneducated...terrible. She seems to be ok for check ups, flu shot etc but nothing else...

Wait room time never over 30 min. After examinations she always takes the time to listen. She frequently reviews patient history for changes. She is also very accommodating and sensitive to her patient's needs. I have been going here for a while. No complaints. Considering the reviews that I read concerning nearby emergency rooms I would rather go here as preventive care than having to seek help later in an emergency room any day.I think those that complain sometimes have unrealistic expectations of doctors.

I was a longtime patient at Capstone, however, after a very serious issue, I was dismissed and told, I was "making a big deal" out of something that ended up becoming a bigger issue. I had to find out what was actually wrong with me from a physical therapist rather from the doctor I was seeing at Capstone. I have lost all trust with this practice. I have been humiliated and degraded when I was at my very lowest physically and mentally.

We have been going to Capstone for several years (9)and this place is great. Sure all doctors have days and so does the staff. ..they are human too, but we have a good experience. She listen and will allow you try things but keeps an eye on you. We like her so I dont understand why the bad reviews. Please just give people a chance and dont pay so much attention to reviews because it could be that their was a personality conflict and this happens to all of us. If it does not work out...just move on. Thank you
