First time I met him and he was awful and not friendly. He kicked me out and told me not to come back again. I was shocked! My old doctor left.

Very poor experience with Dr. Cross; lack of compassion and sympathy with issues/problems. Rather dismissive. Would not recommend.

My case was unusual and Dr. Cross checked all alternatives, then sent us in the right direction. One impressive routine is giving the patient a written diagnosis and recommendations to take home after he has explained them to you. Then there is no confusion on his diagnosis and recommendations later.
