Dr. Rafferty is always very attentive takes his time. Listen to everything you have to say and explains things in a very good way. He’s a great doctor.

Needed a new PCP after getting out of the hospital with sepsis and wanting to start a health lifestyle after almost dying of this disease. Dr. Rafferty very knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and I trust him.

I’ve been going to Dr. Rafferty for years now, I followed him from Falls Family Practice to the Cleveland Clinic & though I’m not a fan of Cleveland Clinic/AGMC and prefer Summa, he’s honestly worth it!

he came into the exam room and already had an attitude , was argumentative , refused to let me speak , and then told me he didnt want to be late to go somewhere else he had to be at . 24 hours later my pharmacy called and said my prescriptions were ready to pick up . in the 3 minutes that the doctor was in the room with me , there was no mention of any new medicines or prescriptions .

I've taken my children as well as myself and husband to him for years and he's always been great with our kids, nice to everyone that he sees, and just exemplary care in all aspects. I'm proud to say he is our family physician and would recommend him to anyone who is facing a serious health issue.

This was the WORST experience I've ever had with a doctor. He clearly did not want to answer my questions, and was rushing to get out of the room. Maybe he was late for his golf game. I would NEVER trust his medical opinion. When someone is sick, they should be cared for with compassion and understanding, not impatience and inaccurate answers.
