Dr. Jeffery Robert Peiffer, DO

After I told him I thought I had a piece of glass in my foot, he called it a blood blister and made fun of me for coming to him. I believed him and waited for it to heal. Two months later a competent provider removed a quarter inch piece of glass. After complaining about his misdiagnosis, the hospital investigated themselves and found they did nothing wrong. Shocking, right? Then they blamed me, the patient. Avoid this guy. Find someone who knows what they're doing.

Was already scheduled a visit with this doctor on a Wednesday went the appointment and was 5 minutes late. Went into the office on crutches and I was told let me check to see if the doctor will see since you are late your apt was at 8:20 not 8:30 the desk clerk person went discussed with the DR my tardiness and said that I would have to make another appointment if I wanted to discuss my knee injury. The doctor knew from my prior visit a month before that my knee was bothering me and looked at my knee and said to go home and do exercise. The knee got worse and I went to ER on Sunday prior to visit because I could not walk because of the pain. Drove myself to this appointment so took me a little longer to get to my car and into the office this could have caused my tardiness. The DR did not make any eye contact with me did not even ask how I was feeling. Did not inquire why I was on crutches. When I was leaving said would you like to schedule another appointment. By this time I was … beside myself wondering If I would been really seriously injured if this Doctor would even care. I do not want to trust my life to this doctor. He did not care about me and if I have a "Family Doctor" he better CARE and not dismiss me like I am a retard. I had DR TANG as my Family doctor for over 30 years and since his passing this Green Family Medicine has pushed me back and forth to different Doctors. I will findings me a new Family Doctor.
