I went to Dr. Patel with and she was excellent. Prompt, courteous and very knowledgable. She gave me all the options and the advantages and disadvantages of each. I really felt like she cared.

After multiple appointments which were rescheduled for either the wait time being more than an hour or the doctor being busy, I am finally giving up. Very rude staff who have no consideration for your time or your schedule...very bad experience.

I saw Dr. Patel in her new Skokie office. That may have been why I was able to get an appointment so quickly as dermatologists are usually very hard to get into. Dr. Patel was wonderful. Spent lots of time with me and my son, and she went over the top to take care of one of my problems. Excellent bedside manner. Very caring. I highly recommend her!
