Don't understand why Florida Medical keeps this awful Dr. on their staff

HORRIBLE DR.

I went in for a second visit and was very pleased with Dr. McKay. I like a doctor that gets to the point and does not coddle me. I am in excellent health. We went over my blood work and he told me I did not have to come back for another six months unless I had a reason. I was in and out quickly!

I've known this doctor for years, and one thing that I can honestly say is that if you're willing to help yourself, he's willing to do what it takes. Many times, patients are non compliant and medication seeking, and Dr. McKay sees through that. He doesn't tolerate entitlement or laziness. He cares deeply about his patients and knows many by name. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

This Dr. is terrible. He was rude, he snapped when asked a question. Wish I had never seen him and never trusted him with my husbands care.

I have seen Dr. Mckay for more than a year off and on, I find he leaves me with the feeling that he does care about my health.

Terrible Dr. Seen many Dr's over the years . Never met anyone so rude in my life.

Would gave no stars if I was able. Why Florida Medical would want this Dr. on their team is beyond me. He don't care about his patients at all.

I have been seeing this man for many years, my entire family sees this doctor. He is a wonderful doctor with great bedside manners and his staff is wonderful as well; they all treat you like a person, not just another patient. Both him and his staff know me as well as my family by name and truly cares about his patients. He always answers my questions/concerns in a way that I can understand him and in all he is a very down to earth man. I never dread going to see my doctor because his practice is a pleasure to go to. I would recommend him to anyone!

SLOWEST DOCTOR IN HISTORY! I expect to spend a good amount of time with a doctor. I do not expect to wait 1 1/2 hours only to have Dr. McKay repeat everything that we did in the previous appointment. Every appointment he would ask the same questions and respond to me in the same way. He would keep my medications the same. What was the point of even going if I could tell you what he would say? I don't have time to waste on someone like this.
