Dr. Treneth Baker is Chief of General Surgery at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. After graduating from medical school at the University of Missouri-Kansas in 1995, Dr. Baker attended Baylor College of Medicine to complete his internship in General Surgery. In 2000, Dr. Baker completed his residency in General Surgery at the college. Dr. Baker is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the DeBakey International Surgical Society. When he's not caring for patients, Dr. Baker enjoys playing piano, exercising and spending time with his children.

Excellent surgeon. Surgery went very well. Fast recovery. Overall a great experience as much as one can have due to hernia. I would recommend dr Baker to my family and friends if need will arise.

Dr. Baker is very caring, and makes me feel like I'm the only patient he has all day! I'm a 3 year breast cancer survivor and I attribute that in large part to Dr. Baker. He talks in terms I understand and makes sure I know all options available. He has great bedside manners, an upbeat personality, and is quick to smile!!! Too bad they ONLY let me give him 4 stars... :-)

Dr. Baker was very professional. He discussed all the variables with me. After surgery he came out and discussed everything with my husband about my condition,what he found and what he had to do. The following am he went over everything with me.
