I'm 33 now, Dr. McGill saw me (and operated) many, many times as a baby->my 18th birthday. He is the reason I can hear today, and I will be forever thankful. I will always remember his calm demeanor as a benchmark for how I want to approach my own patients. Thank you Dr McGill- Steven P

My son's surgery was several years ago but I remember it being a very positive experience all around. Dr McGill has well over four decades of experience and is a top notch surgeon. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

He walked in the door, asked us to explain why we were there, two sentences into our explanation he told us his diagnosis. He had not even LOOKED at her yet! He argued with us, did not listen to our full story, was very demeaning to us (we are scientists and could totally understand what he was saying, yet he felt the need to treat us like we were idiots), and he was dismissive of anything we said. We're not even sure if he really looked at her entire throat during the endoscopy as he only mentioned one area and that was it. We left extremely frustrated and have scheduled a second opinion with a different ENT as we have no trust in anything he said!

I took my toddler daughter to see Dr McGill, she was very anxious when we arrived, as any child her age would be. During our visit he did very little to comfort her (or myself). I left frustrated and feeling sorry for my upset daughter. I would not not recommend Dr McGill for anyone who has a child my daughters age...he had no bedside manner.
