When I ask if they let you know when your next visit is before its date. They said that they do not let you know because they are so busy. Never been told that before at any other doctors office. ????

Came in with acute conjunctivitis, assessed me well. Gave me good insight of what the medication would do and if any complications to call him. Great office and nice staff. Very professional

Doesn’t pay enough attention to you when you ask him a question

I went to their office in McCandless and the only kind person I met at the office was the receptionist. She was a sweetheart. Troy didn't pay attention to anything I said. The way I could tell was that he responded to my questions with andwer that made NO sense. He rushed through my eye exam with very little explanations as to what he was doing and why. Told me I only needed new lenses when it's been 3 years since I got new glasses. My current ones are starting to get blurry.. He left as soon as he finished the exam. Forgot to write my script, and was all around unpleasant. I will not be returning to this unproffessional "doctor" and I will be getting a second opinion on my prescription. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

My son was seen there for about two years. We were seen for contacts about 1 1/2 years ago. When I asked for daily disposables, dr karlik rolled his eyes saying, "fine, i'll rewrite the script". Apparently, he had already written out another one. You can look up his "cold fish" nature on other review sites. I can deal with no personality. However, the next visit, the office staff couldn't figure out my billing, 2 different receptionist telling me two different things, It took over an hour to straiten it out. I was seen by yet another doctor who changed my son's script to one that didn't exist (went to Sam's to fill and they looked at me like I had 6 heads). Called in, and was told no one could call me back until tomorrow. So wasted trip to fill the script. Dr. Karlik called at 3 the next day acted annoyed and said he would change the script back to the old one. When I asked about why the other doctor changed it, and maybe shouldn't he be seen again if you disagree, he audibly… sighed over the phone! The guy is a total jerk, the office staff has no clue, and we would never go back.
