All the bad reviews and comments are true - 90 minutes waiting after the appointment time without any apology or explanation, the staffs are rude, and the doctor spent two minutes to see me. I went there twice and it was the same both times. They focus on the elder patients that need expensive eye surgeries and don't care anything else. Your vision is too important to be mangled by their carelessness.

A total shame that an elderly person should have to wait for HOURS to be seen, how could so many people be scheduled in a day, very rude staff, just out to make as much money from insurance as they can, disrespectful to elderly!

This is directed towards Salvitti's office in general. The doctor I see is just there once a month ans I have no problems with him or his promptness, however dealing with the staff at this office is well below par. The wait is over an hour essentially you have to take the whole day off of work to wait to see a doctor there. The medical assistants and doctors assistants are useless saying they will take messages only for ME to follow up a couple days later because nobody ever returned my calls or question in general. And when you do follow up they act like they have no idea what you are talking about so you have to retell your entire problem only to be told they will ask the doctor and call you back...and then they never do. Do not waste your valuable time or money at Salvitti's office in Washington. They do not care about you all you are is a number to them.
