Dr. Tyrone Cecil Malloy, MD

Dr. Malloy performed my wife’s past gynecology exams when she was between the ages of 14-15. (15 years ago). She was molested by him multiple times. She still talks about it to this day 15 years later. Don’t trust this creep with your body. Signed, a heartbroken husband

My heart broke when I got the news of Dr. Malloy. I have and always will support his character as a man and as MY doctor. He is a great doctor and it was a terrible loss to our community. He has been my doctor my entire adult life. I have yet to build that sort of trust with any other doctor!

Dr. Malloys' plight is another example of how our society works to undermine those who have an insight on how to make our community a better place to live

DR. MALLOY WAS A GREAT DR WHEN I NEEDED HIM. HE HAS GREAT BEDSIDE MANNERS AND WHEN MY PROCEDURE WAS DONE, HIS WIFE ACCOMPANIED HIM AND WAS VERY NICE TOO. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE AND I'M BLESSED TO HAVE MET HIM.

I have known Dr. Malloy since the mid 1980's and have worked with him at various hospitals in Atlanta. I am a Registered Nurse First Assistant and as such I have assisted many surgeons in the operating room over the years. I can attest that while Dr. Malloy's surgical skills are top-notch, his compassion for his patients is equally impressive. He is well liked and respected in the medical community and has been practicing in the Atlanta area for over 30 years. He has served as Chief of Staff at DeKalb Medical Center at Hillandale and is credentialed at several hospitals. He is currently in solo practice where he specializes in gynecological surgery and clinical research trials. Both of my daughters have participated in his clinical research studies, as have some of their friends and many of my colleagues. He no longer covers obstetrics due to the demands of his clinical trials and office practice, but I would have no reservations whatsoever referring anyone I know to him for… gynecological related issues. I don't know much about his training other than he is a graduate of Johns Hopkins, but I remember when he had to leave Georgia Baptist (now Atlanta Medical Center) to serve in Desert Storm and came in to deliver a baby in fatigues on his way to be deployed. I do know he is passionate about his profession and stays abreast of the latest treatments available. The thing that everyone will tell you though (other than he talks a lot and is a rabid Washington Redskins fan) is that he makes each patient feel comfortable and takes the time to address their issues. He will tell you the majority of his patients have grown up with him over the years, from birth control to childbirth to menopause and beyond. To find a skilled surgeon with compassion for his patients that is still on the cutting edge in his specialty is a rare find these days. You'll just have to overlook that Brooklyn accent.

Dr Malloy was meeting me for the first time, but by the time i left, i felt as though he had been my gynecologist for over ten years. He answered every question, and gave me his email address just in case i had additional questions after i left. I work in the medical arena and doctors like him are hard to come by, where they will actually listen to what a patient has to say.

Great Doctor, felt safe in his care

I just love the care and attention that Dr. Malloy gave to my situatin. He was the only doctor that took time to figure out why I was having so many irregular periods,and he did not waist any time getting the problem fixed.
