Long Wait times over 1 hour to be seen. Unprofessional staff. Over a month for results of testing after multiple requests. Worst experience with a doctor in my life!, wasted my time. He doesn’t even know what he’s talking about. He acts like he has dementia and always confused. I don’t know how he is even practicing. Can never get through to the office when calling for medication refills. Overall he is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life.

He is a very good Doctor. Ive seem him at the hospital and in his office. He is straight up and honest Doctor. Ive seen him for a few years now that Dr Chada retierd, he took me in as a new patient when I had no one. I would recommend him to everyone

I am providing this review after my mother who is being treated for dementia suffered a stroke in 2019. Dr Ranganathan and his office staff have provided and continue to provide excellent professional and courteous care for my mother and our family. We are pleased with the services and care>That has been and continues to be provided to us. Would greatly recommend him and his office staff to anyone in need of expert Neurological care in the Springfield area. Very high recommend! 5 stars
