Dr. Vahid Feiz, MD

My first visit to see Dr Feiz did not disappoint. The way was maybe four minutes. Dr. Lee the optometrist was fantastic and explained every detail to me in ways that had never been explained to me before. Dr Feiz was thorough and very friendly. I found the office staff to be very friendly and welcoming. I'm so happy I have found this Office.

Excellent surgeon, very pleasant and knowledgeable ophthalmologist, is very attentive to my issue, he patient, takes time to explain issues and in many times he brings an eye model to help me understand my condition. The Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. My only issue is the waiting time. Sometimes one can wait for two+ hours post your appointment time to be seen.

Dr Feiz is a very pleasant and knowledgeable opthomologist, with very good bedside manner.

Dr. Vahid Feiz, MD has been my eye doctor for around 8 years. I've received excellent service from him. He is pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. I couldn't have gotten a better eye doctor. I am very satisfied with his work. I know that I'm in good hands. I highly recommend him.

I trust the skill level of Dr. Feiz and very much like the fact that he is a surgeon. Getting in touch with his San Ramon office could be challenging at times. The address and phone number for his Walnut Creek is listed incorrectly online. Searches are incorrect and lead to his old office in 2017.

I had an appointment booked for 3:30 pm, I was asked to come in early to complete forms-which understand. I arrived at 3:10, by 4:30 I had not been called back yet, so I proceeded to ask the front desk reception list if she know how much longer it would be. She giggled and said it would be 'a while' because there were still 6 or 7 people in front of me. Never would I go back to a place that has so little regard to their patients time and such little common courtesy.

Waited 2 months for an appointment, Dr. Fiez listened to me for about 17 seconds, and did not hear my other concerns. Slightly combative, little friendlyness here.

Dr. Feiz is rude and inconsiderate. Be prepared to wait one to two hours in the waiting room before being seen. Dr. Feiz acted perturbed with any questioning and did not really take any time to explain . On the plus side, the staff are welcoming and quite friendly.
