The st. Charles office is filthy. The wait times are extremely long. Dr. Williams and her staff are impossible to get in touch with, even if you have an emergency. When I had an MRI to determine if I had a life threatening medical condition during my pregancy no one from her office contacted me with the results once they received them. She scheduled me to have induction at Touro and she never came and saw me once during my 20+ hour labor and then didn’t even show up for the delivery! The entire pregnancy and birth experience with Dr. Williams, LSU Health Network, and Touro Birthing Center was the worst experience of my life.

Dr. Williams is an outstanding, patient and friendly doctor. She helped me choose the LARC that was best for me, and took the time to learn what symptoms I was most concerned about, what my needs were, and what would best fit with my lifestyle. All doctors should be like Dr. Williams.

I will never go back to this woman again, I was having early signs of a miscarriage, and was pushed to the side and I had a UTI. I have switched docs so I can start trying again.
