Dr. Venkatesh E Chirravuri, MD

In 2020, I had an out-patient procedure which would take only 2 or 3 hours, but could result in an overnight hospital stay, if there were complications. I was kept in the hospital for 4 days, and no one seemed able to tell me why. It was only, during my third day in the hospital, that I met Dr. Chirravuri who took a couple of minutes to listen to me and assured me he would find an answer for me. In only a few hours, he was back and explained everything. "Dr. C," as many patients call him, is exactly the doctor we all would like to have in our corner. He LISTENS, and follows up with the patient. I did not even know what a "hospitalist" was, until the great assistance I received from Dr. Chirravuri. He's exactly the kind of kind doctor you would want for yourself or your loved ones.

Diagnoses: there were no findings on the test the hospital ran its all in your head and to just breathe to get the ringing out of your ears and to get rid of the shaking inside. After that I went to another Doc. I was having a severe reaction to wellbutrin. I am now feeling better and almost back to myself. Terrible doctor and staff at Riverside hospital

One of the best doctors at riverside. He told me straight what needs to be done. He talked to my family and explained everything. All the nursing staff had only positive things to say about the doc. If you are at riverside you want this doc.

One of the worst bedside manners I have ever experienced. Treated me with no respect and did not take my medical concerns seriously. If he comes to your hospital room ask to see another physician.
