Condescending, did not feel she listened to my concerns

She is easy to talk to and took excellent care of me. I have MS and have been on several medication until we found the one that was right for me. It was a hard road to travel but she was with me and making adjustments to my medicines every step of the way.

Dr. Ramsey Williams kept me on an anti seizure drugs for months that did not produce adequate levels to control seizures. Seizure persisted, numerous phone calls made to her office, no return calls and no attempts to resolve seizures. A nurse did call quite some time later, and could be heard talking to another employee, I waited 5 minutes for the nurse to start a conversation, and she never did nor did she ever call back.

Very personable. Spends time with you. Very down to earth.

Dr. Williams is very nice, but doesn't follow up. Even her nurse is hard to reach. I have dealt with her at two different practices, and the results are same. You have to call for test results, and even then you dont get answers sometimes, even with abnormal results. When problems arise, there is no help.
