Refuses to explain treatment plan, does not return calls then if you ask questions restricts your number. I have called several times now and call goes directly to answering service where they tell you to call back during normal office hours even though you are calling during normal office hours. When I use a different number call goes through but after 20 rings it goes to voicemail which they never answer.

This is no place to take your loved ones, they do not care about their patients nor their families. My father passed, and they are refusing to sign the death certificate without a valid reason, Veronica, their office manager has no tact and no sympathy towards grieving family's. Please keep away from this place!

Where to even begin with this place... The receptionist has no communication skills, and simply answers the phone by yelling "Hello!" The nurses are completely incompetent, have no idea what they are doing, and saying they communicate at a first grade level is probably too generous of an estimation. When I was prescribed a dosage change on a prescription, they said they called it in, but I had to return to the pharmacy three times and make two phone calls to get the proper dosage, again highlighting the neglect and incompetence of the staff and everyone associated with the building. The doctor also seems to be power hungry and does not indicate that he cares for his patients at all or value any patient feedback in regard to how the patient says they are feeling. If you are considering using this doctor office, turn around, run, drive in the opposite direction, and do not look back. This place is the epicenter of problems in the health care industry in the United… States. What a complete joke.

I’ve had the opportunity to go to various PCPs and this has been by far the worst service I’ve ever had in my lifetime. Our appointment was set for 3 and weren’t seen until 5. When asked about what’s going on they simply replied that’s just how things are here. To accept that you do bad and show no compassion is just ridiculous. Staff was rude and doors and arrangement were not ADA compliant as things had to be moved from the start of the visit to the exit within the office.

Victor is a good doctor willing to take listen to your medical problems but 80% of the you are NOT seen by him but , by an nurse practioner. And if you need lab work done ,you best not be dying because they take their sweet time to send their paperwork to the corresponding lab or clinic that they send you to. After the lab work consider yourself lucky if they call you to let you know the results.Totally INEPT staff!! To much hassle ,stopped going there. INEPT and UNCARING STAFF.They do not take their job SERIOUS! Been that way for a long time,need to be replaced!

I can get faster service at a county clinic than you can here the wait to get an appointment is rediculous and when you get there is even worse my advice keep moving if your time is worth it to you!
