I feel I had to chase the front desk gals and they never get back on procedures until I have called many times to ask and even than I ask to send me information on a procedure and still waiting.

I have been completely satisfied with the treatment and care I've received at this clinic and recommend them to everyone. They are extremely knowledgeable in all areas of dermatology and cosmetic procedures.

Dr. Michalak was recommended by Swedish Hospital. I have had many surgeries and cancer treatment at Swedish. I have been treated prior at UCLA Med Center and Scripps Clinic La Jolla and Dr. Michalak and staff meet and exceed the level of service of these facilities. I found his staff and he to be exceptional. I have had several melanoma surgeries in the past with him. His staff is friendly and helpful and very professional. Appointments are always available to fit my schedule and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this doctor.

I visited this doctor for a consultation for laser (which is usually free just for a consultation), but the doctor decided to bill me and was paid by Blue Cross. Now he is demanding to be paid again!! He is an ok doctor, not the best, but not the worst either. I think his billing department has problems. Because of this, I would not recommend this doctor. It has been a hassle trying to figure out why he thinks he needs to be paid again. I don't need that headache for his mistakes.
